From 465
Take 465 South to 31 South exit #2B, then travel south on 31 to County Line Road. Turn right and go west on County Line Road to the first stoplight (this also is the entrance to Community Hospital South) then turn right and go north to the first stop sign and turn left. University Heights is on the right side of the road.

From 65
Take 65 to the County Line Road exit, then go west through the intersection of US 31. After passing the US 31 intersection, proceed to the next stoplight (this also is the entrance to Community Hospital South) then turn right and go north to the first stop sign and turn left. University Heights is on the right side of the road.

From Highway 135
Turn east on County Line Road. Go to the second stoplight and turn left (this also is the entrance to Community Hospital South), then go north to the stop sign and turn left. University Heights is on the right side of the road.
